some ferrets will notice that the terms of service function on their #hubzilla is not functioning so just fart their terms of service into plain HTML on the siteinfo page

Never mind, I figured out how it's done. The Terms of Service page itself is still just nonexistent, but I figured, I can create an entry in the admin site panel to enter in the terms, and then call the variable within the HTML of the /siteinfo page, which is honestly even better; no one needs a separate page just for your site's ToS, usually you wanna see it along with everything else.

I'm still so unused to actually contributing to open source projects, but might make a merge request.
