I bit the bullet and 'optimized' my resume with a chatbot, as I've seen recommended so often. If this actually works, though, I think it says more about the state of hiring in 2025 than it does about the usefulness of #AI.

I still had to go through it and fix all the shit it hallucinated. It just straight up invented shit, saying that a job I had a few years ago supporting disabled kids was actually a job in which I was a database administrator. It also gave me an Azure credential that I definitely do not have.
