Apparently Microsoft basically just laid off all its content moderators for Elder Scrolls Online so that all content moderation can be done by AI. Now you can get anyone banned by reporting them for nothing at all, because the AI will then look at that person's chat history in the last couple days, notice they said a naughty word in their PMs to friends, and issue a 3 day ban.
