I hate that LLMs are taking away my own right to idiosyncratic writing. I use em-dashes. I use semicolons. I use triads. Like, I write a lot, and when you consume a lot of writing, and gain a genuine love of it — of punctuation, of the subliminal effectiveness of certain techniques — you start to use them innately. And now everyone is recognizing some of these traits of effective writing to actually be traits of #
AI. I guess the only bits of distinctiveness I still have left from machines are my very short sentences and my unnecessary cursing:
