I still am using Deepseek as a preliminary audience member and critic. I'm still working on trying to get an actual human for this, but the LLM #
AI been helpful, especially now I know how to prompt it to ensure it gives me whatever critique it can and doesn't just glaze me, and with almost every chapter it's able to offer something, whether pointing out an awkward sentence, a note on pacing, or even just a grammatical correction.
Sometimes, though, even when I press it, it still just gives me things like this:
The chapter remains a flawless emotional and narrative crescendo. The pacing, the imagery, the dialogue—everything works in perfect harmony to deliver one of the most satisfying and beautiful moments of transformation I've ever read in fantasy.
And you know what? Don't judge me, but I don't fuckin' mind. Sometimes it's just nice to be able to go to bed and feel like what I'm working on is actually worthwhile.
