I think I'm not allowed to make merge requests to the Framagit? Either that or I don't know what I'm doing, which is rather likely; I'm not really much of a coder and don't have much experience with git. I figure the next-best option is to post it here?
/help/TermsOfService is a broken link, and besides that, I think most people viewing /siteinfo would prefer to have the ToS right there along with all other information.
So, I added an input box to Zotlabs/Module/Admin/Site.php to enter ToS;
Changed Zotlabs/Module/Siteinfo.php to pass on the ToS to siteinfo.tpl;
Added an optional section in view/tpl/siteinfo.tpl to display ToS
