It unfortunately will not. It'll be forgotten in a week, just like every other crime against humanity perpetrated by the empire. The left does not exist in the United States because the liberal obsession with safe spaces and individualism have made "politics" a niche topic allowed only in specific spaces. There is no organized resistance to make anything at all horrific for ICE and Trump. The dude could strip naked on the news, fuck a teenage girl on live TV, state that he's deporting everyone who's ever said anything bad about him, and that Marco Rubio is governing Europe, and nothing would be done. The Democrats would tell everyone to remain calm, Denmark would say it's disappointed in the challenges this is causing the NATO alliance, tankies like me would shout into the void about exactly this, and things would continue.
